The large living room of more than 40m2 is made up of a TV lounge, an American kitchen and a dining room directly overlooking the small Provençal-style garden, facing southwest.
The corridor providing access to the two bedrooms serves a laundry room area with washing machine and dryer, and also a separate WC.
You will benefit from a space at the underground car park Indigo Gare du Midi, located near the apartment. (5 minutes walk)

The final cleaning is included in your stay and upon your arrival, the accommodation will be fully prepared by our cleaning team and the household linen installed (towels , sheets, tea towels). Intermediate cleaning can be requested, at a rate of €35/hour.
